We want to make sure getting documents from us is as easy as possible for you.
Most of our clients request new funds or an Actuarial Certificate by using our interactive online forms. Once the right form is submitted, our staff will verify the information and issue the relevant documents.
With some forms, you can choose how much information you complete yourself and how much you leave to us. For example, many clients seeking an actuarial certificate complete all the financial information requested in the form so that they can have an instant estimate of the exempt actuarial percentage. Others simply use the form to provide key information such as the name of the fund and its members, to upload documents and to manage payment - they leave the data entry to us. It is completely up to you to choose the approach that suits you best.
Finally, if preferred, you can instead simply download a PDF copy of any of our request forms from the links on the left. Complete the relevant form and send it to us via email, mail or fax. We are happy to receive information in any format that suits you.
